TrendLife App does not currently offer a self-service way to export or download your TrendLife Kaleida conversation history. You can review your conversations in the app at any time, ask TrendLife Kaleida what it remembers about you, and contact support if you need a formal copy of your data.

Reviewing Your Conversation History In-App
- Open the side panel in the TrendLife App to see your list of past conversations.
- Your Pinned Chat sits at the top of the side panel — this is where TrendLife Kaleida posts proactive updates and alerts.
- Conversations stay available in the app; there's no download or share-out option at this time.
Asking TrendLife Kaleida About Your Data
TrendLife Kaleida can tell you what it has derived and stored about you, and delete it on request — for memory created in the last 30 days. Just ask in chat, for example:
- “What do you remember about me?”
- “Delete what you know about my dentist appointment.”
Note: For memory older than 30 days, TrendLife Kaleida can't query or delete it directly — you'll need to contact support. Parents or guardians should also contact support to query or delete a child's data.
How Long Your Data Is Kept
- Derived memory records are retained for 6 months from the date they're created.
- If your subscription expires, your chat conversations and memory are retained for 6 months after expiry.
- If you leave or are removed from a family group, your shared memory data is deleted at that point.
Note: If you're planning to leave a family plan or let a subscription lapse and want a copy of your data, contact support beforehand rather than after.
