Before installing Trend Micro programs and apps, it's a good idea to check your device's operating system (OS) version. This ensures your device meets the minimum system requirements for a smooth installation. Follow the steps below for your device.
On Windows Laptop or Desktop
- Click Start ⊞, then go to Settings > System > About.
- Under Windows specifications, check your Edition and Version.
You should now see your Windows edition (e.g., Windows 11 Home) and version number. ✅

- Click the Apple menu in the top-left corner of your screen.
- Select About This Mac.
- A window will appear showing your macOS name (e.g., macOS Sonoma) and version number (e.g., 14.5).

- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Scroll down and tap About Phone or About Device.
- Look for Android Version.
You should now see your Android version number (e.g., Android 14). ✅
- Samsung: Settings > About Phone > Software Information
- Google Pixel: Settings > About Phone > Android Version
On iPhone or iPad
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap General > About.
- Check the iOS Version field.
You should now see your iOS or iPadOS version (e.g., iOS 26.2). ✅
