How to Install and Activate TrendLife Kaleida on iPhone or iPad

Kaleida is the AI assistant built right into the TrendLife App, available on both iOS and Android. Designed with families in mind, Kaleida brings together smart conversation, safety features, and automation — all under one shared family group plan. This article walks you through downloading the app and activating your subscription on your iPhone or iPad.

Get Trend Micro from the App Store

Follow these simple steps to download and install the app:

1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Search for TrendLife.
3. Depending on whether you have the app installed:
   • If this is your first time downloading the app, tap Get and then Install.
   • If you've downloaded the app before, you'll see a cloud icon with a downward arrow. Tap the cloud icon to download and install it again.
4. Once the installation is complete, tap Open to launch the app.

Activate Trend Micro from the App

For New Subscriptions: Enter an Activation Code

1. In your web browser, go to the TrendLife Activation Portal: account.trendlife.com/setup/landing.
2. Log in to your TrendLife account, or create a new one if you don't have one yet.
3. Type in your activation code and follow the steps shown on the screen.
4. Then, go back to the app and sign in to start using your subscription.

For Existing Trend Micro Subscriptions

1. Open the TrendLife app.
2. Type in your TrendLife account email address.

3. Choose Continue.
4. Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email, or choose Sign In with Password.

5. Once done, you'll be asked for your name and birthdate. After that, you're all set to start using TrendLife Kaleida!
