Consumer Digital Life Protection (CDLP) is the set of security features built into the TrendLife App that work alongside Kaleida to give your family real-time scam and identity protection — expanding TrendLife beyond an AI assistant into a full family AntiScam guardian.
Two Ways to Turn On a CDLP Feature
Each CDLP feature is enabled independently, per family member, on their own device. You can turn a feature on either way:
- Ask Kaleida in chat — say something like "Turn on Call Block" or "Help me set up Web Guard," and Kaleida will walk you through enabling it and granting any permissions it needs.
- Go to app Settings — open the Protection section in TrendLife App Settings, toggle the feature on, and grant the requested device permission when prompted (e.g., SMS access, Call/Phone access, or VPN permission).
🔔 Important Note: Turning on a feature only affects your own device. Each family member needs to enable CDLP features separately on their own phone.
● Message Filter
Monitors incoming SMS/text messages for scam-related content and flags suspicious messages before they can do harm. Each family member can independently enable this on their device.
● Call Block
Uses Caller ID and customizable block lists to keep unwanted and suspicious calls away. Each family member can independently enable this on their device.
● Web Guard
A local VPN-based protection that blocks access to malicious websites while browsing. Each family member can independently enable this on their device — you'll be asked to approve a local VPN permission the first time you turn it on.
● Dark Web Monitor
Continuously monitors each family member's personal information for data breaches and leaks, so you always know if your private data has been exposed.
● Scam Radar
Continuously analyzes risk signals from Message Filter, Call Block, and Web Guard to spot potential scam patterns, alerting you to suspicious incoming scam scenarios.

- If Scam Radar detects a risk or Dark Web Monitor finds a data leak for any family member, Kaleida sends a clear summary straight to the plan owner's Pinned Chat — so the plan owner always knows the family's safety status and can step in when it counts.
